Buying
Are the darts listed on the site new or used?
Most of the items on our site are second-hand, though some sellers may offer new or unused items. Each listing includes detailed condition notes.
Can I return items if they’re not as described?
Yes. If an item is significantly different from the description or photos, you may be eligible for a return. You must contact the seller and if not resolved within 7 business days, you may uptake this with our support team. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information.
How do I know if the seller is trustworthy?
Sellers are rated by previous buyers, and we verify listings to reduce the risk of scams. Always check seller reviews before purchasing.
Are transactions secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, and your details are protected and in-line with Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy policy.
Are there any buyer fees?
Yes. A 10% buyer fee is added to each purchase, which helps support the platform and keep it running smoothly. You'll also pay the shipping cost set by the seller, which is shown at checkout.
Selling
How do I list my darts or accessories for sale?
Create an account, upload clear photos of your item, add a description and price, and hit “List Item.” It’s free to list.
Are there any seller fees?
Listing is free and you will receive the full amount you have sold your item for. However, you must pay for shipping. You have the ability to specify a shipping fee when listing an item.
Can I sell other darts-related gear like boards or cases?
Absolutely! We welcome listings for darts, flights, shafts, boards, cases, and other darts accessories.
How long before I receive my payout?
Once an item has been marked as delivered and then received by the buyer, the payout process will begin. As a new seller this will take up to 10 business days. You may receive the payment quicker depending on which Bank you are with and whether you have sold on the site previously. Frequent sellers will receive their payouts much earlier.
Shipping
Who is responsible for shipping?
Sellers are responsible for shipping items securely and providing tracking info. Buyers and sellers can agree on shipping terms during the sale.
How long does delivery take?
This depends on the seller’s location and chosen shipping method. It is fully in the seller's responsibility to provide updates on shipping and to be shipped within the 7 day timeframe once deal is confirmed.
Account and Support
Do I need an account to buy or sell?
Yes. Creating an account ensures a secure and traceable experience for both buyers and sellers.
How do I contact support?
You can reach our support team through the contact form or by emailing support@repointed.uk. We aim to respond within 24 hours, excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Can I edit or remove a listing after it’s posted?
Yes, you can manage your listings from your account dashboard at any time.
